Company Party / Team Building

Minimum number of 10 is required. For more or less than 10, please call to discuss your needs.

A minimum deposit of $250 (+)  $100 (Base Transportation Fee is required 4 weeks in advance of reservation date for Company Party. or Team Building. 


Deposit ($250) pays for 10 employees/guests. Each additional employee/guest is $25.00 each. 


Host of paint party is responsible for minimum number of guests, transportation. All minimum fee requirements are to be paid in full at time of reservation. 


When deposit is paid, you will receive information to access our painting gallery where you will pick 1 painting for the group to paint. 


You will have access to the gallery for 48 hrs.  (The email access you receive will show 20 day access....please note:  This is a system error and we are working to correct the issue). We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 

  

We provide all the necessary painting supplies for an Office Party or Team Building Event.


If paint party is at your location (or location of your choice), you will need to provide a room large enough for the painting party, have tables, chairs, floor covering if you wish, to make your clean up easier and have good lighting. 


Painting will begin and end on time.  There is no refunds for no shows or guests running late (that do not start on time) and cannot complete their paintings in the time allotted. 

 

 

Company /Team Building  Party reservation date and time are based on availability. 



Please have all employees/guests arrive at least 30 minutes early to fix drinks, eat snacks, mingle, relax and get ready to paint. 


Any and all decorations should be completed 30 minutes prior to painting start time.  


Please no glitter or confetti. 


***Due to time and effort of Tipsy Turvy Canvas Staff making your company party the best it can be, any reserved party that is cancelled less than 14 days prior to reservation date forfeits all fees paid.


***Cancellation made more than 14 days prior to reservation date will receive a refund minus (-) processing fees if paid by credit card. Refund will be completed within 14 days from date cancellation was made. 


**Balance Due:  Any remaining balance due for additional guests above minimum 6 paid at time of reservation, is due in full within 7 days from date reservation was made. If balance owed is not paid in full within 7 days of date the reservation was made, party is subject to cancellation.  If cancelled, all fees paid may be forfeited. 


ONLY PAID reservations will be able to paint!  Staff will only bring required supplies for those paid in full! 


If you do not have enough tables/chairs, you can rent ours for up to 16 guests

 

6ft table= $15ea (Pays for 3 hrs).  Fits 4-6 guests

8ft table=$25ea (Pays for 3 hrs).  Fits 6-8 guests


More than 3 hrs for table rental= $25 per hour, per table regardless of size. 


Chair Rental=$5 ea. (Pays for 3 hrs).-up to 16 chairs

More than 3 hrs for chair rental=$5 per hour, per chair.

Travel/Mileage fees may apply
