Reservations are required 4 weeks in advance for a Company Paint Party.
Maximum number of guests/employees are limited to 20 at this time for your location.
You may reserve our Art Studio for 3 hours with seating up to 14 guests.

Reservation fee/Travel fee (+) total number of employees attending is required at time of reservation. Travel Fees will apply if at location other than our Studio.
We do not go to individual homes at this time.
Reservation Fee (Our Studio)= $150 (3 hrs)
Travel Fees (Your location) =$175 (3hrs)
Distance beyond 1 mile from Studio- Mileage fee will apply. Mileage fee based on distance.
Guest attending =$35 per person
Reservation of our Studio includes: Over 1100 sq. ft. where you can relax and socialize in our front sitting area, gather to paint in our painting area, have all refreshments in the refreshment room-where we offer a table, 8 bottle wine cooler & small refrigerator.
You are welcome to bring Ice Chests--We do not provide ice.
Each guest will receive- 16x20 Canvas, Apron, All painting supplies needed.
Travel to your location includes: Set up of all painting supplies needed, an apron and 16x20 Canvas for each guest.
You will need to provide a space large enough for all guests and Tipsy Turvy Canvas Staff, tables (table covers for easy clean up if preferred), chairs, cups and water to wash out for brush cleanup. If space is NOT large enough, party is subject to cancelation and all fees paid will be forfeited.
Once reservation is confirmed and paid in full, host will receive login information via email to access our painting gallery where you will choose (1) painting for the group to paint.
*****All guests will paint the same painting.
***Whether at our Studio or your location: There is nothing that says you have to paint it exactly the way the painting is instructed--it's your painting, paint it how you want to.
Once Host has received the access email- you will have access to the gallery for a limited time. Painting selection must be provided to Tipsy Turvy Canvas Staff within 5 days from day reservation is made.
Painting will begin and end on time. Arriving 15-30 minutes is recommended.
There are no refunds for no shows or guests running late (that do not start on time) and cannot complete their paintings in the time allotted. Any quest arriving late will not get all the instructions needed and staff will not go back to provide instructions to late arrivals.
Photos will be taken by our staff during your painting party. There is a Photo package fee of $75 if you would like to receive the photos taken by our staff. The photos are usually available 48 hrs after party completion and will be sent via email. Based on amount of photos taken, it may require more than one email to be sent.
Company Paint Party reservation date and time are based on availability.
Again--Please have all employees/guests arrive at least 15-30 minutes early to fix drinks, eat snacks, mingle, relax and get ready to paint.
ONLY PAID reservations will be allowed in the painting area and allowed to paint!
Decorations for placed in our Studio will be limited to Front Sitting Area and Refreshment room only. Any and all decorations should be in place and completed 30 minutes prior to painting start time. Please no glitter or confetti.
No one under the age of 18 is allowed if alcohol is served. No one under the age of 21 is allowed to drink alcohol. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Any reserved party that is cancelled less than 14 days prior to reservation date forfeits all fees paid.
Cancellation made more than 14 days prior to reservation date will receive a refund minus (-) processing fees. Refund will be completed within 14 days from date cancellation was made.
Anyone under the age of 21 is caught drinking alcohol, painting will cease/stop immediately. All fees paid will be forfeited.
Host of party is responsible for all guests at the party.
For all Company Paint Parties.....please note: Tipsy Turvy Canvas reserves the right to ask for ID of anyone drinking alcohol at a paint party.
*****PARTY CLEAN UP POLICY: Read carefully
OUR STUDIO OR YOUR LOCATION: TIPSY TURVY CANVAS STAFF WILL ONLY CLEAR PROVIDED PAINTING SUPPLIES (after the time frame allotted) THAT ARE PROPERTY OF TIPSY TURVY CANVAS.
** Any and all other clean up is the responsibility of the Party Host.
Studio will provide: Trash cans, broom, dust pan to assist in your cleanup needs.
Studio Cleanup **ANY cleanup of food, trash or other party mess left at our studio, additional clean up fee ($50) will apply and will be billed to the Party Host.
